Addition to Connect New Basement to House
Renovate Existing House, Renovate Basement to have Garden Well for New Office, Add Connecting Stairway, New Deck, with New Outdoor Kitchen
To modernize a traditional house, a new glass-enclosed stairwell was added, connecting the newly created lower level to the main level. Beneath the stairwell, a wine cellar was incorporated.
The surrounding site was redesigned to create a garden at the lower level, transforming the basement into bright, airy rooms that open onto the garden.
