The Open Project specializes in high-end residential architecture, interior design and landscape architecture for clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.

The Open Project believes that the most successful project connects the user with their environment and site in a way that enables a complete sense of being and presence.

The Open Project started as an idea to show works of Architects doing Art and Artist doing Architecture in 2018 and morphed into The Open Project Studio in 2024 focusing on the original mission statement of Artist doing Architecture and Architects doing Art.

Experience and Memory

When mapping experience, all senses are engaged, and it manifests itself in Art, Architecture, Landscape, the Inner lining of spaces (interior architecture and design), in objects both functional and not, from inside and out. The Open Project in this sense, does not want to split experience at discipline, Landscape, Architecture, interior or Art. Rather it attempts to make Design process a complete and holistic process that enables continuity of 'intent and experience' from outside to inside from landscape art and architecture to interior art, Object and furniture.
